The hot tub was a nice feature but the parking situation was a mess. Some areas felt dirty and unkempt.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice and close to our rooms. Breakfast was decent, just the gravy was cold. The room had AC, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. But the cleaning wasn't great, and the bathroom could use a deep clean. Felt safe with security on site.

surestay plus hotel by best western was a great choice for our trip to the zoo. the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good. the hotel's proximity to the zoo was very convenient for us.

Great breakfast options, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, easy check-in and check-out, accommodating staff.
Felt really good, no complaints.
